All orders are sent from Austria and fully insured. Insurance costs are included in the freight and cover your order against loss in transit. Please note that shipments to the USA and Australia are excluded in our insurance protection!
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 work days.
ATTENTION: during summer months could be a temperature conditional delivery delay. Items with chocolate or low keeping quality will be only delivered when the weather is permitting.
