Right of rescission
printYou inform us of your complaint by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. At our request, you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 14 days of the date you originally received them. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the same packaging and condition as you received them.
We do not accept returns for all perishable items! For your own protection when returning items, please use recorded delivery - retaining your receipt - since we cannot process claims until the goods are back in our possession.
You pre-pay the cost of return postage and packing by recorded delivery. We do not provide refunds for goods that have been mistreated while intransit, melted in transit due to climatic or atmospheric changes as these circumstances are out of our control. We do not recommend that chocolate or other candy items are ordered in hot weather or over long distances.
Interbeerchocolate.com shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of goods purchased from the website which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been followed. In such instances, we shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
